    I recorded the kids' reaction when we told them we were going to the Great Wolf Lodge, instead of the orthodontist. Girly Girl done fell out and caught the vapors.

    I think I'll post that here later today. First, I gotta drag my uncooked-biscuit self to the gym. Doin' a triathalon: whirlpool, steam room, sauna, yo.

    Now, where are my satin '70s jogging shorts, wristbands and basketball socks?...
